Flow is a chamber mind-&-body-club designed so that all attention remains on your sensations, like a single breath.
At the entrance you are greeted by a calm curved counter with soft lighting and a cascade of greenery; the space immediately changes pace - the noise of the city dissolves into dense linen curtains and muted ambient.
The interior works as a background: neutral walls, warm walnut veneer, ribbed glass and dense linen muffle external sounds, the mirrored polyurethane floor of the yoga room is responsive to every movement, and the parquet in the cardio zone springs under your step.
...
The compact cardio room with oak plank flooring sets a springy response for step and interval training, while the panoramic mirror visually doubles the depth and helps maintain proper posture.
After your workout, the route leads to the massage and shower rooms, where rough gray tiles, horizontal light lines, and a therapy table help you relax without any unnecessary details.
Flow transforms the 380 m² into an uninterrupted experience of stillness and movement, where sport, meditation and recovery flow in one calm, deep channel.
