Art Gallery Layout for a Retail Optical Store: Exhibition Zones and Navigation
OPART occupies a building over a hundred years old. We approached the existing architecture with care, preserving pieces of broken plaster, wooden beams on ceilings and brickwork — even the smallest details mattered. The entire exhibit feels like being placed in an old, untouched room where historical context frames modern eyewear.
Playing with Perception: Gradient Mirrors, Colored Glass and Optical Concept
The project plays with world perception through various optics: clouded gradient mirrors, colored glasses and clear contrasting color combinations show the diversity of lenses and points of view. In addition to the exhibition floor, the store houses optometry offices and a workshop — bright, sterile rooms that remain visually connected to the main halls.
