Kebhouse is a modern street food cafe project realized by our team in Saint Petersburg. The core objective was to visualize the brand's philosophy: the use of natural, eco-friendly ingredients and total transparency in every stage of food preparation.
Concept and Architectural Solutions
The interior is centered around the Urban Greenhouse concept. To bring this vision to life, we utilized translucent structures: ribbed glass partitions that effectively zone the space while allowing natural light to filter through, creating the ethereal effect of a misty morning in a greenhouse.

Furniture and Ergonomics
Nearly all the furniture was custom-made based on our original sketches. Ergonomic seating areas were designed to maximize the floor plan’s efficiency, ensuring comfort for both a quick bite and a more relaxed stay.
Materials and Meanings
Birch Plywood: Serves as an architectural nod to the texture of lavash (flatbread). The warm tone of the wood provides a tactile contrast to the industrial elements of the space.
Profiled Metal and Glass: Frameworks finished in a deep green hue mimic the structural integrity of hothouses and plant nurseries.
Lighting Scenarios: Linear lighting and grow lamps (phyto-lamps) cultivate an atmosphere of "continuous growth." This setup is ideal for food photography and enhances the venue's social media presence.
Color Palette
The interior of Keb House is built on a synergy of natural green—symbolizing freshness and vegetables—and an accent carrot-orange to inject energy into the space. This color scheme not only reinforces brand recognition but also psychologically primes the visitor for a healthy, nutritious meal.
In doing so, we have defined a truly modern interpretation of the street food experience.
