RA'MEN is the third establishment of the chain, located on one of Moscow's central streets, Myasnitskaya. The Japanese restaurant is located in the city center on a busy gastronomic street, so it was important to make a reference project with special attention to detail.
The concept of the establishment remained unchanged. It is a Japanese restaurant and bar aimed at a young target audience. Cosplayers, anime fans and everyone who likes modern Japanese culture spend their time here.

Despite the modest size of the place, we tried to maximize its potential by carefully considering the layout, designed for a large number of seats, while maintaining a comfortable and ergonomic interior. The composition of the interior design is cyclical - the space can be walked around in a circle, which is very convenient for both service and guests.
In addition, we strengthened the advantage of the room in the form of large arched windows and high ceilings, leaving them as open as possible. The interior layout of the restaurant is designed in such a way that all the guests get sunlight.
The compositional center of the interior is a large stainless steel kitchen counter with a slatted frieze and bright neon decor.
