RA'MEN on Myasnitskaya is the chain's third establishment, located on one of Moscow's central gastronomic streets. As a reference project on a highly visible street, our restaurant interior design gave special attention to detail. The concept remained unchanged: a Japanese restaurant and bar aimed at a young audience — cosplayers, anime fans and lovers of modern Japanese culture. ...
Circular Layout: Maximum Seating Without Sacrificing Comfort
Despite the modest size, we maximized the space through careful layout design — a high number of seats while maintaining a comfortable, ergonomic interior. The composition is cyclical: the space can be walked around in a circle, which is convenient for both service and guests.
Arched Windows, High Ceilings and Stainless Steel Kitchen Counter as Focal Point
We strengthened the advantage of large arched windows and high ceilings, leaving them as open as possible — ensuring all guests receive natural light. The compositional center is a large stainless steel kitchen counter with a slatted frieze and bright neon decor.
