Coffee shop architecture is built on the unification of the interior and exterior: the space seems to flow from the inside out, thereby becoming more accessible and noticeable to guests on the one hand, on the other hand, this effect emphasizes the concept of the project – Donut Brew is not just a coffee shop, but a project that goes beyond in terms of quality of service and products. The barista’s work desk and guests seating here are not just furniture, but a continuation of the architecture of the space. Combining them physically and stylistically, we convey an atmosphere of openness and accessibility: the counter here does not divide (as in a classic coffee shop), but rather unites visitors and employees, the seating area and the kitchen area.

From the functionality point of view, we add freedom of movement and convenience of the barista’s work, by opening the kitchen we create a sense of trust and transparency among the guests. The interior is built on three materials: white ceramic tiles with a complex laying scheme, warm wood and endless black, which divides the room in half and adds additional height and space in the interior, as well as highlights the logo. In the shopping center hustle and bustle, it helps to focus better on the interior and relax the eye from visual noise.
